Receive the wisdom of plant medicine

Mushrooms and truffles have been used as medicine for centuries. Psilocybin, the active ingredient, opens the doors to your subconscious, expands your mind and gives new insights about yourself and the world.

A truffle ceremony can be exciting for many people. That's why we provide the best possible preparation and a safe, pleasant environment. I guide the ceremonies together with my partner Janneke.

The best possible guidance

I guide the ceremonies together with my partner Janneke.

Janneke is considered an absolute authority on truffle ceremonies. As Master of Ceremony, she has led more than 100 group ceremonies and retreats for the leading Spinoza.co, guiding thousands of people from all over the world in recent years.

Together, Janneke and I bring rich experience and beautiful interaction. We both have extensive experience in guiding deep processes and support people with musical guidance, loving presence, process work and body work.

1

Preparation

Good preparation is essential. That's why we offer a 1:1 online intake where we can learn more about who you are and where your needs lie.

There is also a preparatory online workshop where you will meet the group and learn more about how to best prepare for the ceremony.

This is what it looks like

A ceremony consists of 3 parts:

2

Ceremony

During the ceremony, you go on your own inner journey. This can be a visual experience, receiving images or memories, for example. On the mental layer, you may gain insight into conditioning. Your experience can also be very physical, where you experience all kinds of sensations in your body, or just an emotional or deeply spiritual experience. Usually it is a combination. You may trust in the wisdom of the medicine. The ceremony is accompanied by (live) music.

3

Integration

Integration is about making space. And often about taking action. A ceremony without integration is just "an experience. The real difference is in 'picking up' the insights and lessons and actually doing something with them. That takes time, attention and sometimes discipline. We support you in this process, so that a ceremony can really impact your life.

Why plant medicine

In a sense, I have only one goal in our collaboration: to promote your development. Whether you call it growth or something else, whatever that development looks like for you, it is always about change. Change from your current situation to the situation you wish to achieve.

Psilocybin, the active ingredient in truffles, increases our neuroplasticity, which is the brain's ability to adapt. In addition, new connections are formed between different brain regions, while the "default mode network" - responsible for standard routines and patterns - is less active. Either your current "self" relaxes for a while, giving your "desired self" room to develop.

About Microdosing

Microdosing or Microdosing stands for taking a small dose of a psychedelic drug such as truffles, for example.

By taking truffles in a very small dose you don't experience a trip, but you do experience all sorts of additional benefits. You become more aware of your emotions, thoughts and patterns. This heightened awareness allows you to observe and perceive yourself more objectively, allowing you to work with greater clarity on what is relevant to you.

Microdosing and breathwork together form a powerful, natural combination that can support you in your process. Microdosing brings depth to the breath session.

Adding a microdose of truffle requires less intense breathwork. It makes it easier to sink into your feelings and emotions. Thinking, pondering and analyzing are no longer necessary.

Differences between microdoses and a ceremony

Microdoses:

  • **Amount**: A microdose is a very small amount of a psychedelic substance, usually around 1/10th to 1/20th of a normal dose.

  • **Effects**: The effects are subtle, without the typical hallucinations or intense changes in perception. The goal is to experience the benefits of the substance, such as improved mood, focus and creativity, without drastically altering consciousness.

  • **Application**: Microdosing is often used as an aid for personal growth, creativity, improving performance, or reducing anxiety and depression, without interfering with daily functioning

Ceremony:

  • **Amount**: In a ceremony, we take a full or high dose of a psychedelic substance, such as psilocybin (in mushrooms or truffles).

  • **Effects**: This dose can produce strong hallucinations, intensely altered states of consciousness, deep emotional experiences and spiritual insights. People may perceive their surroundings differently and have profound inner experiences.

  • **Application**: A ceremony is usually used in therapeutic or spiritual contexts, where the intention is often for transformation, healing or self-discovery.

In short, microdosing focuses on subtle changes and improvements in daily life, while a ceremony offers a profound and often transformative experience.

FAQs

  • Jezaker. The Netherlands is an exception when it comes to the legality of psychedelic substances. It is one of the few countries in the world where individuals can microdose psychedelic substances completely legally.

  • It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.

    • If in doubt, please contact

  • Item descriptionA plant medicine journey can be an intense experience. In it, you may encounter pieces that you have pushed away or have not wanted to experience. Often referred to as a "bad trip," by people who take high doses recreationally and get into a challenging piece without the safe environment there to deal with it. Because you are in a safe space, you can generally bear these deep and sometimes painful experiences just fine. In fact, this is often very healing. We are there to support in your process.

  • We determine the dosage based on a personal conversation. The height depends on intention, sensitivity and experience. There is room during the ceremony to increase the dosage slightly.

  • Immediately after a ceremony, you cannot participate in traffic. We therefore recommend that you travel by public transportation or arrange to be picked up.
