My life path has taken me through many aspects of life. I have developed myself into a successful and independent individual in the world only to completely break it down again in a subsequent part of my life just as independently and successfully. Until there seemed to be virtually nothing left or needed. Perfect silence.

I cherish both phases and look back on them with a wam feeling.

The last few years have been again about turning that perfect "nothing," into "something." Back to the middle. Milder. Softer. More subtle. More inclusive. Back into life but now conscious. My life as a blank sheet. A sheet that I can fill in with everything I've learned along the way. A life in which meditation, the sea, family and love play a major role.

Mewis.com for me is about showing myself. What I have to give to the world. The latter part of my path I gained more and more appreciation for the wisdom of the body. Of feeling what is there. The simplicity and at the same time the immeasurable depth. Knowledge and books have a role but I feel I want to feel. To let others feel. Together.
