During this workshop, you will discover effective techniques for breathing, concentration and physical control. By applying these methods, you improve your connection with your autonomic nervous system, strengthen your immune system, stimulate your circulation and increase your focus and purpose. In short: you learn to get the most out of your body!

Don't worry about the ice bath: this component is optional. Even without the ice bath, you'll still get 90% of the benefits from the workout!

13:00 - 14:00 Mind
We begin with the topic of Mind. Discover what factors play a role in limiting thoughts, where you limit yourself within your comfort zone and what mind hacks you can use to become the best version of yourself.

14:00 - 16:30 Breath
Dive deeper into the world of breathing. You will learn not only the technique, but also how to tailor it to your body for maximum effect.

16:45 - 17:45 The Ice Bath
The ultimate ice challenge! Experience the power of cold training by exposing yourself to an ice bath.

17:45 - 18:00 Completion
We will conclude the day with an evaluation and warm-up.

What to expect

  • A small group of no more than 6 people. This allows the sessions to be interactive with plenty of attention to your personal process and plenty of room for body work during the sessions.

  • The workshop lasts 4 hours. The emphasis here is on relaxation and experiencing the effects of breathwork for yourself. About 1/3 of the time we will use to cover theory.

  • The workshop takes place in the fine setting of my practice in The Hague. A pleasant, warm space within walking distance of forest, dunes, beach and sea.

  • Evening Breath & Ice Workshop

    Evening workshop of 3 hours. A mix of relaxation, valuable knowledge and deep breath work. Every week you will receive new exercises for at home. On Monday or Tuesday evenings from 18:30 to 21:30

    Extra long morning of 4 hours. The same blend of relaxation, knowledge and deep breath work but now with even more time and delicious cacao & microdosing. On Friday or Sunday from 8:30am to 12:30pm.

Your launch into breathwork

Breathwork is getting more and more attention, and for good reason. With the increasing amount of stress-related complaints, there is a growing need to relax, to get "out of your head" and feel the connection with the body again.

But today there are so many breathing techniques, methods and protocols that many people can't see the forest for the trees. In I take you through the basics of breathwork and the nervous system to find simple applications of your own breath. You will learn the importance of functional breathing and receive exercises and tool to simply live better.

Optional Microdosing.

This program includes the opportunity to use a microdose of truffle to enhance the learning experience. A microdose is a barely perceptible dose of a psychedelic substance that has been scientifically shown to increase focus and learning ability.

Psilocybin, the active ingredient in truffles, increases our neuroplasticity, which is the brain's ability to adapt. In addition, new connections are formed between different brain regions, while the "default mode network" - responsible for standard routines and patterns - is less active. Either your current "self" relaxes for a while, giving your "desired self" room to develop.

We serve the psilocybin truffle which is relatively mild, completely safe and 100% legal here in the Netherlands. This is completely optional, some will want to partake in it and others will not. It is just an available tool.

  • Minimum number of participants is 3. Maximum group size is 7 participants.

  • You certainly can. I also offer a customized program where we meet at times most convenient for you and the individual sessions generally take less time.

  • Not 1 technique or method. I am trained as a Breathwork Masterclass Instructor and thus have the broadest possible certified scientific knowledge of breathwork. I am also certified as a Connected Breathwork Coach.

    I also have extensive experience with The Oxygen Advantaxe, Dan Brulé, WHM and Pranayama.
